Welcome to Charm

Charm is a modern Thai tasting-menu experience that explores the flavors, stories, and hospitality of Thailand through a contemporary lens. Led by our Executive Chef, Charm is rooted in Thai culinary traditions while embracing creativity, technique, and personal expression. Each menu is designed to create meaningful connections through food, culture, and hospitality.

At the heart of Charm is our series format. While our Executive Chef provides the culinary direction and vision for the restaurant, each series serves as its own chapter, exploring a unique story, perspective, or creative theme. Throughout the year, Charm may welcome guest chefs and collaborators to contribute their own experiences and interpretations of Thai cuisine, creating an evolving dining experience while remaining grounded in a consistent culinary philosophy and the spirit of Thai hospitality.

Charm is currently presented as a pop-up within the 788 Omakase Table space in West Midtown. Seating is available Sundays at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM, and Mondays at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
